THIS CLASS IS IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL ZOOM (HYBRID)

THIS COURSE SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT. This 3-hour course focus on Georgia License Law terminology, rules, responsibilities, and composition of the Real Estate Commission. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit).

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to describe the regulations, procedures and processes for acquiring and maintain a real estate license, explain the business practices, operations, relationships needed to open and operate a real estate brokerage, describe prohibited practices, disciplinary procedures and the role of the Real Estate Education Research and Recovery Fund, and explain, appreciate and respect the purpose of these license laws and how they serve to protect the public.
