Practical Applications: This Postlicense course includes 10 Components

This course designed to give newly license real estate professionals the essential knowledge, tools and practical applications to “Excel” in their real estate career. The course is pack with in-depth knowledge on topics, such as, agency, license law, listing with confidence, buyer business, marketing, advertising, real-time comparative market analysis (CMA), MLS property search and listing transactions. Participants access to a laptop or tablet will help with in class learning experience with CMA’s, MLS, GSCCCA and Homesnap demonstrations. If not possible, participants will be able to follow along and learn. 

BONUS: The Georgia License Law requirement included in this course, so students will satisfy two GREC requirements at one time!
