To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson prelicense course, pass a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, 18 years or older, and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
CEMSORE prelicense instructors will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam. Thiscourse is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (72031). Proctored Exam Required.
CEMSORE report hours electronically to GREC within two (2) business days of course completion.

Classes are held on Evenings Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6:00PM to 10:00PM
You will be required to:
Be stationary – not driving or moving in any way
Camera/Video screen on for the duration of the class time
Be on-time: ZOOM keep track of your LOGIN / LOGOUT time
