To become a real estate broker in Georgia you must have maintained a salesperson’s license in active status for at least three of the five years immediately preceding the filing of an application to become a Broker. CEMSORE Broker Pre-license real estate course is an introductory level course that focuses on real estate principles and practices with heavy emphasis on managing a real estate brokerage firm office operations, broker responsibilities, financial management, government regulations and Georgia Law. Proctored Exam Required.
CEMSORE report hours electronically to GREC within two (2) business days of course completion.
