To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson pre-license course, pass a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, 18 years or older, and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
CEMSORE pre-license instructors will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam. This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (72031). Proctored Exam Required.
CEMSORE report hours electronically to GREC within two (2) business days of course completion.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – unless otherwise noted.

You will be required to:
Be stationary – not driving or moving in any way
Camera/Video screen on for the duration of the class time
Be on-time: ZOOM keep track of your LOGIN / LOGOUT time
Dressed appropriately
