To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson pre-license course, pass a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, 18 years or older, and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
CEMSORE prelicense instructors will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam. This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (72031). Proctored Exam Required.

Classes are held days from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (1-hour lunch breaks)
You will be required to: Virtual Students
Be stationary – not driving or moving in any way
Camera / Video screen on for the duration of the class time. Be on-time: ZOOM keep track of your LOGIN / LOGOUT time
Dressed appropriately

Final Exam: May 27, 9:00AM – 2:30PM
