To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hour salesperson pre-license course, pass a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, 18 years or older, and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
CEMSORE prelicense instructors will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam. This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (72031). Proctored Exam Required.
CEMSORE report hours electronically to GREC within two (2) business days of course completion
February 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, March 1, 2, 3
Classes are held days from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, include one (1) hour for lunch.
You will be required to: Virtual Students
