To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hours salesperson pre-license course, pass a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, 18 years or older, and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
This is the course that you are required to take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals and contract to closing procedures.
CEMSORE pre-license instructors will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam. This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (72031). Proctored Exam Required.
CEMSORE report hours electronically to GREC within two (2) business days of course completion.

CEMSORE 75-hours course allows students to complete the DAY CLASS in six (6) weeks.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – unless otherwise noted.

You will be required to: Be stationary – not driving or moving in any way. Camera/Video screen on for the duration of the class time. Be on-time: ZOOM keep track of your LOGIN / LOGOUT time. Dressed appropriately
