What You Need to Know!
Course Objective:
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to demonstrate the proper use of the 2024 Purchase and Sale Agreement, Exhibits, Amendments, Special Stipulations, the GAR Consumer Protection Brochures, and construct an enforceable contract.
Evening Class / Time 6:00PM – 9:00 PM
This course has been approved by The Georgia Real Estate Commission for 3-Hours C.E. The class will be offered In-Person & Virtually ZOOM (HYBRID).
Virtual students must have a video enabled ZOOM device and be present for the entire class and In-Person students must be on time. The class will be monitored.
