Last Time I Checked … There were changes to the 2025 GAR Contracts!

This course focuses on GAR Contract changes and provides participants with knowledge, understanding, and confidence to execute the new forms. 

Course Objective:

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to identify changes to the 2025 GAR contract forms, recognize protection the new changes provide to clients, customers, and REALTORS®, explain the new forms and special stipulations added, create a valid and enforceable contract, as well as meeting customers’ needs and expectations.

This course has been approved by The Georgia Real Estate Commission for Real Estate Licensee CE and Real Estate Instructor CE credit (3-Hours). The class will be offered In-Person & virtually ZOOM (HYBRID). Virtual students must have a video enabled ZOOM device and be present for the entire class and In-Person students must be on time. The class will be monitored.

January 30th Virtual ZOOM 6PM – 10PM
