Earn Your Georgia Real Estate License with CEMSORE

CEMSORE serves students from Atlanta, Tucker, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Lithonia, and Gwinnett County who are looking to earn a Georgia real estate license. 

To obtain a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires applicants to:

 Successfully complete a 75-Hour Salesperson Pre-License Course
Pass the Georgia State Licensing Exam with a score of 72% or higher
Be at least 18 years of age
Hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

CEMSORE’s Georgia Real Estate Commission approved course (#72031) provides the required classroom instruction while also preparing you to confidently pass the state exam and begin your career in real estate.

Once you complete the course, CEMSORE electronically reports your hours to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) within two (2) business days.

Classroom Policies

To maintain course compliance and an effective learning environment:

In-Person students must arrive on time.
ZOOM students must be stationary (not driving or moving).
Camera must remain on during the entire class session.
Appropriate attire is required.
 Zoom attendance records login and logout times for course credit.
