To receive a Georgia real estate license, you must successfully complete a 75-hours salesperson prelicense course, pass a state exam with a score of 72% or higher, 18 years or older, and a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
CEMSORE prelicense instructors will provide you with the required in-class hours as well as prepare you for the state exam. This course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (72031). Proctored Exam Required.
CEMSORE report hours electronically to GREC within two (2) business days of course completion.

CEMSORE 75-hours course allows students to complete the DAY CLASS in six (6) weeks or NIGHT CLASS in eight (8) weeks. Choose your course Day or Night!
Meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / or Monday, Wednesday and Thursday- 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted
Meets on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays – 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – unless otherwise noted
You will be required to: Be stationary – not driving or moving in any way. Camera/Video screen on for the duration of the class time. Be on-time: ZOOM keep track of your LOGIN / LOGOUT time. Dressed appropriately

CEMSORE “GET READY” 2 -DAY CRAM Course ($75) is highly recommended the weekend before class final exam or taking the state exam. This is where students will make-up time missed – rules apply.
