Gregory earned his Instructor License 2019, Broker License 2003, Georgia Real Estate License 1999, and active Broker/Owner of Lamar Real Estate Group LLC. He was top producing Associate Broker with RE/MAX for 12 years, a top producing salesperson with Coldwell Banker Buckhead Brokers for 3 years, and an approved REO/Bank Owned (foreclosure) listing agent for Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Fannie Mae and 2008 Life Recipient of DeKalb Association of REALTORS® Pinnacle Award. Gregory owned and operated several successful tax businesses in DeKalb County, Georgia for 15 years and sold to H&R Block.

After the premature death of his daughter Courtney Elizabeth McCord, an educator on July 4, 2015, Gregory wanted to honor his daughter. His wisdom attained in real estate, along with the knowledge gained throughout his years as a professional business owner, has allowed him to continue her legacy.

Learning is easy when it’s taught by people who love what they do, Real Estate is Gregory’s profession, and he loves it. Gregory looks forward to classrooms with students he can impact with his wisdom, knowledge, and help them enhance their real estate careers. Gregory is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), Georgia REALTOR® (GAR), and an instructor for the GAR Partners in Education Program.
